Soft Tissue Therapy
Soft tissue therapy is guided by clinical assessment, using various techniques like deep tissue massage, stretching, myofascial work and trigger point therapy to address specific issues in the musculoskeletal system.
Depending on individual needs and preferences, sessions are adapted to work more restoratively to regulate the nervous system and reduce tension, or more interactively with techniques that help improve range of motion or modulate pain.

Yoga Therapy
Sometimes we need movement, sometimes we need stillness, yoga gives us the ability to cultivate both. It provides a personal practice for self-awareness, but also a physically therapeutic practice in times of healing.
It can be hugely beneficial for chronic pain and injury recovery, and adaptable when movement is limited. Understanding how to create space and safety in the body, while improving strength, balance, mobility, proprioception and breathing.
